As HIGH-TECH TENNIS Turns - July 28

Hello and thanks for reading! It's been another wonderful week in our world and we're happy to hit some of the highlights for you...

After six hot - and i do mean RED HOT - days at the B12 Super National Clay Court Championships in Winston-Salem, NC (including serious psycho tennis parent behavior on quarterfinal and semifinal days - BOOOOOO), it was home sweeeet home for us on Saturday night. Good thing Sunday was a day of rest because that's exactly what we did. Well, to be honest, that's what HALF of us did - I'm not naming names but it starts with a 'D' - and it involved a recliner (LOTS OF IT)...lolol.

Monday was the official start of our work week and it's a good thing...Customers are waiting for EIGHTY (80) Match Play DVDs and they're not known for their patience...Plus, you don't think those DVDs magically produce and distribute themselves, do you? :))) Danny thinks he does all the important work but we know better...I'm in charge of all the REALLY important stuff (accounting, database, banking, supplies, coordination, communication, to name just a few) so I stay busy all day, every day...I tried to fit everything in so I'd be free to perform my civic duty (which was supposed to start TODAY) but alas, my services were not needed on the jury. :(( People normally try to get OUT of serving jury duty but I was actually interested in (even excited about) it...Oh well, maybe next time.

We're looking forward to our video session at Sugar Creek Tennis Center tomorrow morning (yaaay for coaches named FRED, GREG, and JAMES) and then we've got a rare weekend off. We'd planned a Run/Roll tournament with Harlon Matthews but it has been cancelled - a big disappointment for us - hope it's rescheduled and soon. So I think we should pull our waverunner out of 3+ years of hibernation and head to the lake for some F-U-N! Doesn't that sound like a great idea?!?!? Thank you, as always, for your amazing support...It would not be possible for US to do what WE do if YOU didn't do what YOU do, lol. Check back next week and our cameras will be looking for you!
